Funding program rules

When does the program evaluation start?

Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Funding Program are each conducted with a separate demo account that will be provided to you by email.

Phase 1: Demo account 1.

Phase 2: Demo account 2.

Each Phase begins its evaluation after the first order is entered into the provided account.

Can I change my trading account password? Not Allowed

It is not allowed to change the password of your trading account on the platform where the program is evaluated, if you change the password the program will be invalidated.

Profitability objective: +8% / +5%.

This is the objective to be achieved during Phase 1 (Evaluation) and Phase 2 (Verification) of the funding program.

  • Phase 1 profitability target is +8%.
  • The profitability target for Phase 2 is +5%.
  • There is no profitability objective for the funded account.

The profit is calculated based on the account's initial capital, with all transactions closed, since it is calculated on the account's balance.

For example, on a $100,000 account you should achieve $8,000 (8% on $100,000) profit in Phase 1 and $5,000 (5% on $100,000) profit in Phase 2.

Maximum total loss: -8%.

In the Noctorial Funding Program, you are allowed a maximum loss of 8% on your initial balance for the first phase and 10% for the second phase and the funded account.

For example, if you want to access a funded account with an initial balance of €100,000, then you must pass the program with a demo account with this balance. And the Equity of your account will not be able to go below 90.000€ (-10% on the initial balance of the account), for the duration of the program or the access to the funded account.

Maximum daily loss: -4%.

The maximum daily loss allowed is 4% for the first phase and 5% for the second phase.

At no time during the day can the account equity be less than -4% / -5% of the initial account equity with respect to the Equity available at 23:05 (CEST), neither in Equity nor in Balance (open + closed trades).

Current daily loss = Result of the day's closed trades + Result of the day's open trades

As we have indicated, this cannot exceed -4% (first phase) or -5% (second phase) on the initial capital of the account, for example in a $100,000 account it would be $4,000 for the first phase.

If during a single day, for example, you have earned $2,500 on a $100,000 account you could afford to lose these profits, plus the $4,000 (4% of $100,000).

Let's assume that at 17.00 (New York Time, USA) your Equity is $102,500, at no time during the day can your Equity be less than $98,500 ($102,500 - $4,000).

Minimum days traded: 5 days

The minimum trading period is 5 trading days for the first phase and 7 trading days for the second phase. Each calendar day 23:05 (CEST) on which a genuine investment trade has been opened for at least more than 15 seconds counts as a traded day.

Once the 5 or 7 days are completed, you will be able to advance to the next Phase.

For example, if you are in Phase 2, once you reach 5% profitability and have traded a minimum of 7 days, you will access your Funded Account.
