• 20% discount automatically applied to all Instant Accounts during the promotional period.
• The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or affiliate programs.
• The promotion does not apply to 1 Phase and 2 Phase accounts.

Additional conditions:

• Any purchase made outside of the stated period will not be eligible for the discount.
• The promotion is valid only at www.noctorial.com.
• Noctorial reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion without prior notice in case of technical, commercial or force majeure causes that justify it.

Description of the promotion

The "1-Phase Account Launch" promotion offers special prices on new Noctorial 1-Phase evaluation accounts, applying the rates corresponding to 2-Phase accounts.

2. Period of validity

• Start date: September 17, 2025
• End date: September 24, 2025, 23:59 CET
• Duration: The promotion will end automatically upon completion of the established period or upon exhaustion of the available quota, whichever occurs first.

3. Limited space

• Account limit: 500 total accounts
• Distribution: No limit by individual account size
• Allocation criterion: Per completed purchase order
• Exhaustion: Once the limit of 500 accounts is reached, prices will automatically revert to standard rates.

4. Promotional prices

The prices applicable during the promotion are:

• 5K account: 59€ (standard price: 69€)
• 10K account: 99€ (standard price: 119€)
• 25K account: 199€ (standard price: 239€)
• 50K Account: 299€ (standard price: 359€)
• 100K Account: 499€ (standard price: 599€)
• 250K account: 1.289€ (standard price: 1.489€)

5. Eligibility and restrictions

• Eligible users: Any person who meets Noctorial's general requirements and purchases an account within the indicated period.
• Limit per user: No specific limit per user during promotion
• Applicable accounts: Only new 1-stage accounts acquired during the promotional period.
• Exclusions: Does not apply to existing accounts, renewals or additional toppings.

6. Processing and confirmation

• Confirmation: Users will see the effective price on web automatically.
• Activation: Accounts are activated according to Noctorial's standard procedures.

7. Modifications and cancellations

• Right of modification: Noctorial reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
• Notification: Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
• Purchases already processed during the promotion will keep their original conditions.

Period of validity

The promotion will run from Monday, August 19, 2025 at 00:00h (Madrid time) until Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 00:00h (Madrid time).

Terms and conditions of the promotion

• During the promotional period, all purchased accounts will be eligible for free 2×1 Topping.
• This topping allows that, once the user approves the challenge corresponding to the account purchased, he/she receives a second account of the same type and capital at no additional cost.
• The second account will only be delivered once the user has passed the phases of the challenge and has successfully funded the first account.
• No second account will be given to users who do not pass the challenge.

Instructions for participation

To benefit from the promotion:

• The user must purchase a funded account on the official Noctorial platform between August 19 and 24, 2025.
• The topping must be selected in the shopping cart and will be discounted in the purchase process.

Limitations

• The promotion is valid only for accounts purchased during the indicated period.
• The 2×1 topping is not cumulative with other coupons, discounts or active offers.
• Accounts obtained through this promotion are non-refundable.
• It is not allowed to transfer, sell or exchange the bonus account.
• In case of fraudulent use, Noctorial reserves the right to cancel both the original account and the bonus account.

Modifications or cancellation of the promotion

Noctorial reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this promotion for justified reasons, without this giving rise to any claim or compensation whatsoever on the part of the participants.
